Return Policy for Hides & Leathers (Trahide Co)

Return Eligibility


- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

Return Process


1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to request a return or initiate it directly from the page. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

2. Return Shipping:
- You can choose to have Hides & Leathers (Trahide Co) provide you with a return shipping label for a fee of $19.99 (Continental US only, single item orders).
- Alternatively, you may use your own shipping method to return the item(s).

Restocking Fees


- Returns initiated within 7 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus round trip shipping costs.
- Returns initiated after 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus round trip shipping costs.

Refunds


- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items


- Custom orders, final sale and special items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

 

Damaged or Defective Items


- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
