2. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and free from any damage.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return

    • Email info@hidesandleathers.com or use the return portal/page on our website to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

  2. Return Shipping

    • Option A: Request a prepaid return shipping label from Hides & Leathers for $19.99 (available only for single-item orders within the Continental U.S.).
    • Option B: Use your own shipping method at your expense. Be sure to include your RA number in the package.

4. Restocking Fees

  • Returns Within 7 Days: A 10% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping costs will apply.
  • Returns After 7 Days: A 20% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping costs will apply.

(Round-trip shipping costs include both the original shipping and the return shipping.)

5. Refunds

  • Inspection & Processing: Refunds are processed after the returned item(s) pass inspection.
  • Original Shipping Charges: These are non-refundable.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders, Final Sale, Special Items: Not eligible for return unless there is a proven defect or shipping error on our part.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Any item that shows signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
